Request of the Planning Agency to review the proposed 2026-2030 Capital Infrastructure Plan.
The anticipated date of Council action is December 1, 2025.
Review
The Community Investment Program (CIP) is a multi-year plan that helps identify, prioritize, budget, and plan for needed improvements to streets, parks, utilities, including water and wastewater facilities, major projects and purchases, such as airport improvements, park upgrades and city vehicles.
Part of the review and approval process for the CIP requires that the Planning Commission reviews the document and confirms the plan conforms to the goals of the Land Use Plan.
