Review
Courtney Kramlinger provided an overview of the scope of the work. She stated that the project in question is utilizing the City’s Commercial Rehabilitation Program and, due to the program’s guidelines and policies, the HPC must review and approve the Scope of Work for any projects utilizing City funds.
It was determined that the building was not deemed historically significant, and the commission approved the scope of work, maintaining the historic characteristics of the building as feasible.
