End of year items to discuss. 

Staff would like to discuss items for the end of the year. 

1. Update the work plan for the start of 2026.
   1. Mary proposed a revised template to use moving forward. Do we want to continue with that or are there other ideas? 
   2. Can someone take ownership to finalize the updating the survey dates?
2. Preservation Month 2026.
   1. Discuss event ideas.
