Resolution considering quotations for the supply of Quicklime for Water Treatment.

Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
On November 24th, 2025, quotations were received for the supply of Quicklime for Water Treatment. Only one supplier responded to the solicitation with the low bid submitted by Graymont LLC, for $293.95 per ton (estimated value of $235,160).
Quicklime is used in the water treatment process for softening the water, adjusting the pH, removing iron and total organic carbon from the water.
Staff recommend entering into an agreement with Graymont LLC for the supply of Quicklime.
