Review

  1. 1416 N. Riverfront Dr -
    1. Project progress continues. 
  2. Kern Bridge -  
    1. Update from the Parks CIP Meeting: The project has started and will proceed immediately.  The work will be done next year, and a heritage plaque was discussed. This could be a project for the HPC. Parks that have been historically designated should also be reviewed when work is occurring. 
  3. Hotel Mankato - 
    1. The project is in a value engineering phase and will continue work in the spring. 
  4. Post Office -
    1. No Update
  5. Ardent Mills -
    1. No Update
  6. Good Council -
    1. Working with potential developers on concept plans.
