Summary:
It is requested that the City of Mankato set February 9, 2026, as the date of the public hearing to amend Mankato City Code, Section 10-1246, relating to Incorporation of the Maps and a revision to the flood hazard maps and associated information for parts of Le Sueur County. With this, the city's regulations have been updated, reviewed, and approved by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR). The ordinance would take effect 30 days after the adoption and publication of the ordinance.
