Motion approving application contingent upon receiving Department of Health Food License and Certificate of Assumed Name from the Secretary of State.
Summary:
An application has been submitted by Xiange Fu and Xianyu Fu as owners of Ippin Ramen Sushi Mankato, Inc, DBA Ippin Ramen Sushi & Bar, 1861 Adams Street, Suite 400, Mankato, for an On-Sale Intoxicating, Sunday, and Non-enclosed premises (outdoor patio) liquor license.
Taxes are current for the premises. A liquor license-holder agreement will be negotiated between the applicant and the Department of Public Safety. A background investigation of all persons and premises named in the application reveals nothing that would preclude the issuance of this license.
A license fee of $1,730 and an investigation fee of $500 will be set for deposit into the city's general fund.
