ISG, on behalf of Safelite, is requesting a Site Plan and Traffic Advisory Committee review for proposed site improvements at the property located at 1761 Bassett Drive. 

The property is currently developed as an existing Safelite service facility operating within a single-story commercial building. The proposed project includes the following site improvements: 

• Construction of five (5) additional parking stalls to support employee and service vehicle needs.
• Installation of a new trash enclosure to improve site organization and screening of refuse containers.
• Updated landscaping in conjunction with the parking expansion, including approximately 1,426 square feet of landscaped area and ten (10) new plantings, in compliance with City landscaping and screening requirements.
