The applicant is requesting the review of exterior improvements to the property located at 708 N. Riverfront Dr.

The HPC is being asked to review the proposed improvements to the building because the property owner would be using EDA Levy funds through the commercial rehabilitation loan program.
The program guidelines state that the HPC is to review to determine if the structure is historically significant. The original building was built in 1890. Additions were added in 1946 and 1978.
The project proposes replacing existing windows with more energy efficient windows.
