R Henry Construction, on behalf of the property owner, is seeking a Site Plan and Traffic Advisory Committee review for the installation of an additional 30' X 70' accessory structure. The property is located at 101 Power Drive.
In November 2025, the applicant sought approval to install Phase 1, a 30' X 70' accessory structure located on the easterly side of their lot. This proposal, Phase 2, seeks an additional 30' X 70' accessory structure located 50 feet to the south of the first structure.
The plans show the structure placed approximately 14'6" from the easterly property line on the current paved area. Drawings provided show overhead doors on each end of the new structure.
