Local Designations for 2026

Review

  1. Properties that could be easily designated:
    1. Old Main – has a survey completed. Would anyone be willing to reach out regarding local designation?
    2. The Depot – has survey completed. Staff has been in communication with the representative for the ownership group. Sounds like they could be interested.
  2. Other properties to consider:
    1. Hubbard Mill – wait until ownership has stabilized.
    2. Kern Bridge – wait until construction is complete.
    3. Good Counsel – working on national registry. Needs a survey completed.
    4. The Post Office – staff sent paperwork to ownership group. Waiting to hear back from them.
