Staff have been working with the contractor since the grand opening to correct the work which has now been completed. The work encompasses all four (4) pool boilers. Staff negotiated a $0.00 cost for the work but requested the work be documented via change order.

To date, the total amount of change orders is $303,848.24. The original contract value was $8,423,316.00 and the current contract value is $8,727,164.24.

Construction is now complete. The final pay estimate will be processed after approval of the change orders and the project will be closed.
