Resolution considering quotations for the supply of Quicklime for Water Treatment.

Adoption of the attached resolution.
Summary:
On April 8, 2026, quotations were received. The low bid was submitted by Graymont LLC with a quotation of $293.95 a ton, the estimated value is $235,160. Only one supplier responded to the solicitation.
Quicklime is used in the water treatment process for softening the water, adjusting the pH, removing iron and total organic carbon from the water.
Staff recommends entering into an agreement with Graymont LLC for the supply of Quicklime.
