Summary of City Manager's Performance Review.
Recommendation/Action(s):
Motion approving cost-of-living adjustment for City Manager, consistent with other non-union city employees, effective January 1, 2027.
Summary:
On April 27, the Council met in closed session to review the performance of the City Manager. A verbal update of the review will be provided at the meeting.
The Council is recommending that the City Manager's salary be adjusted to add a cost-of-living adjustment, consistent with other non-union city employees, effective January 1, 2027.
