Kody Schendel is requesting to set September 14, 2026, as the date of hearing to review a variance from the rear yard setback requirements in R-3, Limited Multiple Family Dwelling District. The proposal is to reduce the required setback from 66 feet (25% of the lot depth) to 11 feet (4 percent of the lot depth).

The variance is being requested in order to construct a 47 foot x 67 foot building addition. The Planning Commission will review the request on August 26, 2026.
