Summary:
RJC Rental Properties, LLC, is requesting to set the date of public hearing as September 14, 2026, to review the rezoning of property from M-1, Light Industrial to R-3, Limited Multiple Family Dwelling District. The proposed rezone is consistent within the neighborhood, as well as the adjacent neighborhood’s south and west of the subject site, for which the land use plan is also identified as, “Medium Density Residential.”
