Motion approving Proclamation designating the week of September 17 through 23, 2023 as Constitution Week in the City of Mankato.
B.
Motion referring a request for Land Use Plan amendment to the Planning Commission per Section 9.02 of the Mankato City Charter; by request of Drummer Growth, LLC.
C.
Resolution approving a Joint Powers Agreement with the Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force (MRVDTF).
D.
Resolution authorizing City Manager to execute amendment to development agreement (Silos).
E.
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to apply for Minnesota Highway Freight Program at Veteran's Bridge.
F.
Resolution authorizing the City Manager to apply to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources for the ReLeaf Community Forest and the Shade Tree Program Grants to provide assistance towards the Emerald Ash Borer Management Plan.

Resolution authorizing the City Manager to apply for Sewer Overflow and Stormwater Reuse Municipal Grant for inflow management planning at the Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF).

Resolution authorizing the City Manager to apply for a Source Water Protection Grant for water quality testing

Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into Grant Agreement Number 3-27-0055-034-2023 with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for Capital Improvement Project 10905; Air Traffic Control Tower Siting Study (SP A0701-122) at the Mankato Regional Airport.

Resolution approving a Land Use Plan amendment for property described as Lots 6 & 7, Hilltop Addition (112 and 116 Dane Street); by request of Van Tol Properties.
C.
Resolution amending the Land Use Plan by adopting the Jefferson Quarry Redevelopment Plan (900 Cleveland Street); by request of Pentagon Materials.
D.
Resolution approving the sale of the General Obligation Improvement and Utility Bonds, Series 2023A, in the approximate amount of $4,610,000.
