Motion approving amendment to 2024 Park Pilot Projects.

Resolution appointing Election Judges for the 2024 Primary Election.

Motion approving a Preliminary Plat of The Station. The subject property is described as that part of the easterly 20 acres of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and the North Half of the southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, all in Section 3, Township 108, Range 26, Blue Earth County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the railroad right of way; by request of Orion Development, Inc.

Resolution approving an amendment to a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of an additional structure on the current lot for a childcare facility and for a certificate of design compliance for the new structure in the Highway Gateway Overlay District. Resolution approving an amendment to the Planned Unit Development to allow for an approximately 5,000 square foot addition to an existing building within the medical campus and for a certificate of design compliance for the proposed modifications for the property located within the Highway Gateway Overlay District. The subject property is described as Lot 1, Block 1, Mankato Clinic First Addition, etal (1431 Premier Drive); by request of Orthopedic and Fracture Clinic.
