Motion approving Proclamation designating May 30, 2025, as Boy in Blue Memorial Day, marking the 160th anniversary of the end of the American Civil War in 1865.
B.
Motion approving application for an On-sale Intoxicating, Sunday, and optional 2 a.m. Liquor and Non-Enclosed Premise (Patio) Licenses, for Zesty Ventures LLC, DBA JD's Hideaway, 12 Civic Center Plaza, Suite 1710 (change in ownership).

Resolution approving application for Mankato Area Hockey Association (MAHA) to conduct lawful gambling at the Social House, 509 South Front Street, Mankato.

Motion approving change orders for All Seasons Arena.

Motion to refer Land Use Plan Amendment for Wrestling Brotherhood (1416, 1420, 1430 2nd Avenue) to the Planning Commission on May 28, 2025.

Provide a comprehensive summary of the feedback collected during the public comment period on Public Safety Technology Enhancements.

Ordinance adopting and enacting a new Code for the City of Mankato, providing for the repeal of certain ordinances not included therein; providing a penalty for the violation thereof; providing for the manner of amending such Code; and providing when such code and ordinance shall become effective, and Resolutions authorizing Summary Publication of ordinance and adopting an updated Fee Schedule.

Ordinance modifying the Mankato City Code relating to Vehicle Noise and Resolution authorizing summary publication.
