Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Lease Agreement with Mantas Swim Club for the use of Tourtellotte Pool.
B.
Resolution approving the Final Plat review of ADM Mankato First Addition (2019 3rd Avenue); by request of Archer-Daniels Midland Company.
C.
Resolution approving a Conditional Use Permit to allow gym/fitness center/health club use in the B-2, General Business District. (1215 North Riverfront Drive); by request of Jay Sallstrom.
D.
Resolution approving a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a parking lot providing off-street parking for a permitted use, a school, in the R-1, One-Family Dwelling District (West High School, 1351 South Riverfront Drive); by request of Mankato Area Public Schools.
