Motion awarding Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) public service grants.

Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Development Agreement with Trellis Co. for a supportive housing project.

Resolution to apply for Airport Tower Construction Funds through the 2026 Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act FAA Contract Tower Competitive Grant Program.

Resolution considering bids on Capital Improvement Project 11190; 2025-2026 Facilities Snow Removal.
