Resolution approving Opioid Remediation Grant to Connecting Through Courage for evidence-based family support programming and community stigma reduction education related to outcomes for individuals and families in the Mankato community.

Resolution amending the city's fee schedule by establishing Administrative Penalties for Cannabis Violations.

Resolution amending the city's fee schedule for Strike Reviews and Administrative Hearings, and establishing the hourly rate for Hearing Officers.

Resolution approving a Conditional Use Permit to allow a medical clinic in the R-1, One-Family Dwelling, zoning district, to serve adults seeking treatment and support for substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns (114 Pohl Road); by request of Amanda Furnas of Mankato Chemical Health.
