Background:
A tentative agreement was reached between Mankato Educational Secretaries Association (MESA), representing the District 77 secretarial and clerical employees, on May 6, 2026. Board members have received a detailed analysis of the new agreement.
The District 77 Secretarial Staff approved the tentative agreement on May 27, 2026.

Recommended Action:
The administration recommends that the School Board ratify the agreement.
