Act on Roofing at Lincoln Community Center Bids
Background:
On March 7, 2019, four bids were received for the Roofing at Lincoln Community Center.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and Garland Roofing, our professional engineering firm, recommend that the bid as submitted by Palmer West Construction Company in the amount of $402,000.00 be accepted by the School Board. The project budget is $480,000.00. A summary of the bids received is attached.
