Background:
New legislation in 2015 combined the previous funding sources of deferred maintenance and health and safety levies to create the Long-Term Facilities Maintenance (LTFM) Levy. Scott Hogen and Tom Sager will present the updated information on the District’s facility maintenance timeline.
