Act on Four Year Lease Agreement for Continuation of 1:1 Device Initiative for Grades 6-12
Background:
In 2016, the District began a 1:1 device initiative for grades 6-12. The lease contract for those devices will expire on June 30, 2019. This updated agreement will provide continuation of the 1:1 initiative and will be a four year term with Providence Capital Network. The annual lease payment will not exceed $493,879.00.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team recommends the School Board take action to approve the lease agreement with Providence Capital Network for the purpose of continuing the District’s 1:1 device initiative for grades 6-12.
