Background:
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has established minimum price requirements for paid school lunches. The recommended prices for 2019-2020 are as follows:

Recommended Action:
The administration recommends that Food Service prices be established for the 2019-2020 school year as presented. These prices represent a $0.10 increase for lunch and a $0.05 increase for breakfast from 2018-2019. Student meal prices have not increased since 2016, and MAPS prices remain below Big 9 average.
