Act on South Central Service Cooperative Updated Lease Amendment
Background:
Attached is a proposed updated lease amendment with the South Central Service Cooperative, which, if approved by the School Board, provides additional instructional space for use by the Futures Program at 1610 Commerce Drive in North Mankato. The annual lease will continue to be covered in the school district’s Capital Fund. This space rental agreement is eligible for the Lease Levy Aid program. The updated amount reflects the expense related to converting previous office space into instructional space.
Recommended Action:
The administration recommends that the School Board take action to approve this updated lease amendment and authorize Mr. Sager to sign the lease amendment document.
