In 2015, the District continued an employee technology device initiative.  The Lease contract for those devices expired on June 30, 2019. This updated agreement will provide continued technology access for district staff, and will be a five year municipal lease term with Providence Capital Network.  The annual lease payment will not exceed $116,242.

The Department of Educational Technology and Information Systems has reviewed numerous devices and tested them for durability, battery life, ease of connectivity, ease of repair, overall usefulness and practical appreciation.  Staff feedback was also reviewed and considered.

The administrative team recommends the School Board take action to approve the lease agreement with Providence Capital Network for the purpose of updating employee technology devices.
