SALARY LANE ADVANCEMENTS
In accordance with the terms of the agreement between the Mankato Teachers Association and the District, teachers have submitted their requests for salary lane advancement. Each of these requests has been reviewed and a list of those qualifying for salary lane advancement beginning with the 2019-20 school year are shown below. The salary lane advancements will be retroactive to the beginning of the 2019-20 school year. The Administration recommends that the Board approve the salary lane advancements.

Tom Scheneman, Grade 4 Teacher at Hoover Elementary School, has submitted his resignation for purposes of retirement. His last date of employment will be January 20, 2020.

Marilyn Biedscheid, NonClassroom (Playground/Lunchroom) Paraprofessional at Roosevelt Elementary School, has submitted her resignation for purposes of retirement. Her last date of employment was September 30, 2019.
Leon Holmin, Day Custodian at East High School, has submitted his resignation for purposes of retirement. Last date of employment was October 31, 2019.
Rhea Melby - ACES Child Care Assistant. Last date of employment October 1, 2019.
She will continue in her paraprofessional assignment.
Reanna Milbrett - Student Success Coach at Rosa Parks Elementary School, effective as of September 30, 2019.
Celine Moos - NonClassroom (Playground) Paraprofessional at Hoover Elementary School, effective at the end of the 2018-19 school year.
Shayla Schumacher - NonClassroom (Playground) Paraprofessional at Washington Elementary School. Last date of employment was September 17, 2019. She may continue as a substitute.
Judi Smith - Invoicing and Program Secretary at Lincoln Community Center. Last date of employment was September 3, 2019 so that she could accept the position of Administrative Assistant to the Director of Business Services.
Diana Snow - Rescind resignation from her position as NonClassroom (Lunchroom)
Paraprofessional at Hoover Elementary School.
Ian Verbrugge - ACES Child Care Assistant. Last date of employment June 5, 2019.
