Act on 2020-21 Revised Long Term Facilities Maintenance Plan
Background:
In July 2019, the School Board approved the District's LTFM plan for the 2020-21 school year. Since that time, the District has identified further facility maintenance needs that would qualify for LTFM funding through the current levy certification process. The District has been in contact with MDE to validate this process. By approving this action, the District will receive additional resources to help address ongoing facility maintenance needs.
Recommended Action:
The administration recommends approval of the District revised LTFM plan as described. Plan detail is attached below.
