APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Jim Siatsis - Long Term Substitute Teacher for Don Krusemark at West High School beginning October 4 and continuing through November 7, 2019. He will be placed at step 10 of the B lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.
APPOINTMENTS (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Julie Carter - Long Term Substitute Sign Language Interpreter at East High School for 4 hours per day/4 days per week beginning November 11, 2019 and continuing through the end of the 2019-20 school year. She will be compensated at the rate of $22.50 per hour.
Marlene Houg - NonClassroom (Lunchroom) Paraprofessional at Jefferson Elementary School for 1.5 hours per day/4 days per week M/T/TH/F) beginning November 5, 2019. She will be compensated at the rate of $13.26 per hour.
Karen Sparks - Evening Custodian at Rosa Parks Elementary School beginning November 18, 2019. This is a full-time, 8-hour a day position and she will be placed at step 2, classification A13 of the Maintenance and Custodial Workers Association with an hourly rate of $15.49.

Anna Wirth - Increase in assignment from 1.00 FTEs to 1.043 FTEs for the 2nd quarter only of the 2019-20 school year.
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Kya Christianson - Transfer to Interim Site Supervisor at Eagle Lake Elementary School for 5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning November 5 ,2019. She will be compensated at the rate of $14 per hour.
Alixandra Wood - Transfer from ACES Site Supervisor at Jefferson Elementary School to ACES Assistant Site Supervisor at Monroe Elementary School for 4-5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning October 31, 2019. She will be compensated at the rate of $13 per hour.
Amanda Yock - Decrease in Special Education Paraprofessional assignment from 31.25 hours per week to 29.25 hours per week (6.25 hrs M/T/Th/F and 4.25 hrs on W) beginning September 3, 2019.
REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Amy Cain, Teacher at Washington Elementary School, has requested a leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on October 28 and ending on or about November 19, 2019.

Benjamin Ojika, Student Success Coach at Dakota Meadows Middle School, has requested an unpaid leave beginning October 16 and returning to work November 25, 2019.
RESIGNATIONS (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Vicki Fleming, Cook Manager at Jefferson Elementary School, has submitted her resignation for purposes of retirement. Her last date of employment will be January 31, 2020.
Alison Gajeski - ACES Child Care Assistant. Last date of employment will be November 13, 2019.
Ben Kiecker - Special Education Paraprofessional at West High School. Last date of employment November will be 11, 2019.
Sarah Schroeder - ACES Child Care Assistant. Last date of employment will be November 15, 2019.
