Approval of 2018-19 Audit Report
Background:
Mr. Dennis Hoogeveen from Clifton Larson Allen LLP presented the audit report during the informational portion of tonight's meeting. The District was issued a “clean” or unmodified audit opinion. The auditors found no compliance issues related to Laws, regulations, contracts, and grants that could have financial implications to the District.
Recommended Action:
The administration recommends approval of the audit report.
