Naming of Construction Management as Agent Services (CMa) Agreement
Background:
Continuing the work of the Long Range District Facility Planning Committee, the District solicited proposals from CMa firms for the purpose of planning, preparing, and designing facility solutions to address the District's growth and maintenance needs. The District received three proposals, and interviewed two firms. After an evaluation of the firms, it was determined that the CMa firm of Kraus-Anderson is best positioned at this time to meet the facility planning needs of the District.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team recommends that the Board approves the authorization of formalizing a professional services agreement with Kraus-Anderson.
