Background:
On January 21, 2020, two bids were received for the 2020 ISD 77 Exterior Wall Repairs at Dakota Meadows Middle School
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and INSPEC, our professional engineering firm, recommends that the bid as submitted by Met-Com Companies in the amount of $428,100 for Phase I Bid Item I, Alternate I, and Alternate 4 and $306,000 for Phase II, Bid Item II be accepted by the School Board. LTFM revenue will be used to fund this project. A summary of the bids received is attached
