Authorizing the Naming of Contractor for Community Survey Related to Facility Planning

Background:

As part of the district's current facility planning work, a community-based survey will provide district leadership with valuable stakeholder feedback.  This feedback will help guide the decision making processes related to future facility construction. The district’s construction management firm, Kraus Anderson, is advising the district to engage the company of School Perceptions, LLC to conduct this community survey on behalf of the district.  School Perceptions is an established organization with vast knowledge and experience in serving school districts for this purpose.

Recommended Action:

The administrative team recommends engaging the firm of School Perceptions, LLC for the purpose of conducting a community survey that will help guide the district in its facility planning efforts.
