Background:
APPOINTMENTS (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Buraq Ahmed - Interpreter for the district on an on-call basis beginning March 12, 2020. She will be compensated at the rate of $20.40 per hour. This is in addition to her Teaching Assistant position.
Colleen Meagher - Second Cook at Jefferson Elementary School for 5.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning March 16, 2020. She will be placed at the Second Cook-Elementary classification, step 2 of the School Food Service Workers Association salary schedule with an hourly rate of $14.02.
Nasra Osman - Interpreter for the district on an on-call basis beginning March 20, 2020. He will be compensated at the rate of $20.40 per hour.
Nicholas Wingert - ACES Child Care Assistant at Washington Elementary School for 4 hours per day/4 days per week beginning March 18 through June 4, 2020. He will be compensated at the rate of $11 per hour.
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Sharon Dinsmore - Decrease in Special Education Student Success Coach at Futures SUN from 6.75 hours per day to 6.25 hours per day/5 days per week beginning March 16, 2020.
REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Karla Johnson, Special Education Teacher at Prairie Winds Middle School, has requested an unpaid leave beginning March 11 and continuing through the end of the 2019-20 school year.
Susan Osborne, Preschool Teacher/Title I, has requested a leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on April 27 and returning to work June 5, 2020.
Katelyn Trnka, Grade 1 Teacher at Hoover Elementary School, has requested a leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on May 14 and returning to work June 5, 2020.
