Acceptance of Gifts and Grants
Background:
Matthew Wolff donated $1,000 to the Wolff Family Scholarship Fund.
Cynthia Everett donated 600 gently used books for ages preschool to adult to the Community Education and Recreation department.
Dennis Hood donated $500 to the East High Activities department for their football camp.
The Lake Washington Improvement Association donated $1,000 to the Vex Robotics program.
The Mankato Clinic Foundation provided a grant of $4,000 to Monroe Elementary School to assist in funding their snack cart. They also provided a grant of $2,000 to the Health Science department for Scrubs Camp, a three-day summer camp for high school students to learn about Health careers.
