Background:
On November 18, 2020, multiple bids for each of four Work Scopes were received for the 2021/2022/2023 Franklin Elementary HVAC Improvements
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and ICS Consulting, Inc., our professional design team, recommends that the bid as submitted by:
Work Scope 1 - General Construction: APX Construction Group, LLC in the amount of $1,397,000
Work Scope 2 - Fire Suppression: Fire Construction Services, LLC in the amount of $232,100
Work Scope 3 - Mechanical: St. Cloud Refrigeration in the amount of $5,660,000
Work Scope 4 - Electrical: BLK Electric in the amount of $613,785
be accepted by the School Board. LTFM revenue will be used to fund this project, and will be part of the FY21, FY22, and FY23 budget. A summary of the bids received is attached.
