Background:
APPOINTMENTS (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Kelly Chiet – Special Education Paraprofessional at Monroe Elementary School for 6.25 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 28, 2015. She will be compensated at the rate of $10.86 per hour in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employees Association.
Malinmustaf Ibrahim – NonClassroom (Playground) Paraprofessional for 2 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 21, 2015. He will be compensated at the rate of $10.86 per hour.
ADJUSTMENTS TO RATES OF PAY
Due to the increase in minimum wage, effective as of August 1, 2015 the following Hourly Rates for Part-time/Temporary Employees have been adjusted.

CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Kathrin Hurley – Increase in annual hours from 306 to 970 for the 2015-16 school year.

Molly Baker – Change in her assignment from General Education Paraprofessional for 4.5 hours per day/5 days per week to the position of Structured Study Center Supervisor for 6.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 21, 2015.
Mary Bobholz – Increase in Title I Paraprofessional Assignment at Monroe Elementary School from 5 hours per day/4 days per week to 5.75 hours per day/4 days per week beginning September 14, 2015.
Bonnie Heuer – Increase in Title I Paraprofessional assignment at Monroe Elementary School from 3 hours per day/4 days per week to 3.75 hours per day/4 days per week, beginning September 14, 2015. This is in addition to her Playground Supervisor assignment of 2 hours per day/5 days per week.
Rita Kump – Increase in Intervention Paraprofessional assignment at Monroe Elementary School from 4.75 hours per day/4 days per week to 5.5 hours per day/4 days per week beginning September 14, 2015.
Jane Laven – Increase in Intervention Paraprofessional assignment from 4.75 hours per day/4 days to 5 hours per day/4 days per week at Monroe Elementary School beginning September 14, 2015.
Ann McCall – Change in assignment from Structured Study Center Supervisor to General Education Paraprofessional for 5.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 21, 2015.
Angela Michel – Change in assignment from 5 hours per day/4 days per week as a Title I Paraprofessional to 2 hours per day/4 days per week Title I Paraprofessional and 2.75 hours per day/4 days per week as an Intervention Paraprofessional at Monroe Elementary School beginning September 14, 2015. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.58 for her Title I assignment and $12.60 for her Intervention position in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employees Association.
Wanda Schwartz – Change in assignment from Second Cook to Cook’s Helper at Monroe Elementary School for 4.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning July 1, 2015.
REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Rachel Bardon, EL Paraprofessional at East Junior High School has requested an unpaid leave beginning September 27 and continuing through the end of the 2015-16 school year in order to accept the position of Intervention Teacher at Bridges Community School.
Douglas Bengtson – Extend Board approved part-time leave until January 1, 2016.
