2020-21 Superintendent Goals Update
Background:
At the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year, the School Board established two goals for the superintendent. The goals focus attention on two large priority areas for the school district; continuous improvement related to the Strategic Roadmap, and recruiting, hiring, and retaining teachers of color.
Tonight’s presentation will provide the School Board with a review of both goal areas, along with progress that has been made during the school year.
