Act on Mankato Area Public Schools 2021 Roof Improvements Project - East High School Bid
Background:
On March 2, 2021, four bids were received for the Mankato Area Public Schools 2021 Roof Improvement Project - East High School.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and Garland Roofing, our professional roofing designer, recommend that the bids as submitted by Schwickerts’ Tecta America in the amount of $1,245,691.00, Schwickert Mechanical in the amount of $33,490.00, Knutson Construction in the amount of $135,500.00 and Designer Specialty Products in the amount of $15,768.00 be accepted by the School Board. LTFM revenue will be used to fund this project, and will be part of the FY22 budget. A summary of the bids received is attached.
