Approval of East High School Hub Bid
Background:
On March 16, 2021, five bids were received for the 2021 ISD 77 Mankato East Coffee Shop.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and Oleson + Hobbie Architects, our professional design firm, recommends that the bid as submitted by Knutson Construction Services in the amount of $64,186.00 for the base bid labor and $50,313.00 for the base bid materials for a total of $114,499.00 be accepted by the School Board. Funded by a Grant: Future Ready CTE. A summary of the bids received is attached.
