Act on 2021 Site (Hard Surface) Improvements
Background:
On April 20, 2021, two bids were received for the 2021 Site (Hard Surface) Improvements.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and Bolton & Menk Inc., our professional design firm, recommends that the bid as submitted by Nielsen Blacktopping, Inc. in the amount of $20,742 for the Base Bid - Section A, $226,447.25 for the Base Bid - Section B, $15,973.00, for the Base Bid - Section C, and $147,654.50 for Alternate Bid #1 for a total of $410,816.75 be accepted by the School Board. LTFM Funding will be used for these projects. A summary of the bids received is attached.
