Act on 2015-16 Reroofing Bids
Background:
On March 5, 2015, two bids were received for reroofing at West High School and Roosevelt Elementary School. Palmer West Construction Co. did not submit the required documentation with their bid. The project budget is $445,000. A summary of the bids received is attached.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and Inspec Inc., our professional engineering firm, recommend that the bid as submitted by Schwickerts of Mankato, MN in the amount of $307,770 be accepted by the School Board.
