APPOINTMENTS (ADMINISTRATIVE)
Ryan Meyer - Assistant Principal at Mankato West High School beginning July 1, 2021. He will be placed on the Assistant Middle School Principal classification, step 1 of the Association of Principal’s salary schedule.
APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Jenna Helget - Full-time, 1.00 FTEs School Counselor at Kennedy Elementary School beginning August 30, 2021, for the 2021-22 school year. She will be placed at step 8 of the M lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.
Amanda Zakrzewski - Long-term Substitute 6th Grade English Teacher for Hannah Loewen at Prairie Winds Middle School beginning September 8 and ending November 29, 2021. She will be placed at step 2 of the B lane on the Teacher Association salary schedule.
APPOINTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Mary Curtis - Early Childhood Center Summer Secretary for 6.5 hours per day/4 days per week (M-TH) beginning July 19 and ending August 12, 2021. She will be compensated according to her placement on the Educational Secretaries Association salary schedule.
Maribeth Marso - ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute at Franklin Elementary School beginning May 17 and ending June 4, 2021. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.25 per hour. This is in addition to her Special Education Paraprofessional at Franklin Elementary School assignment.
Aidan McGraw - ACES Child Care Assistant Substitute at Hoover Elementary School beginning May 18 and ending June 4, 2021. He will be compensated at the rate of $11.25 per hour.
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NON-INSTRUCTIONAL)
Jack Bussler - Increase hourly wage to $12.50 per hour beginning May 24, 2021.
Brittany Goossen - Transfer from Attendance/Assistant Principal Secretary at Dakota Meadows Middle School to Student Information Secretary at West High School for the 2021-22 school year. This is a full-time, 8-hour per day position with a work year of 190 days and 9 paid holidays. She will be placed at step 3, classification B21 of the Educational Secretaries Association salary schedule.

Jodi Evers - Special Education teacher at Dakota Meadows Middle School has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning August 30 and returning to work on November 12, 2021.
Laura Heinze - Early Intervention Teacher at the Family Learning Center, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning August 30 and returning to work on September 27, 2021.
Brett Riss - Grade 7 Life Science Teacher at Prairie Winds, has requested leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act beginning September 8 and returning to work on October 18, 2021.

Due to the uncertainty of funding, restructuring, and budget reductions and in accordance with employment contracts, the administration recommends that the employment of the following employees be terminated after the 2020-21 school year.
Elizabeth Christopher - Career Development Assistant at East/West/Central High School. Her last date of employment will be May 17, 2021.
Darnell B Hines - 4 Hours Custodian at Monroe Elementary School. His last date of employment will be June 30, 2021.
Debra Loebner - Student Success Assistant at Prairie Winds Middle School. Her last date of employment will be June 4, 2021.
James Nielsen - 4 Hours Custodian at Kennedy Elementary School. His last date of employment will be June 30, 2021.
Oman Oman - Special Education Paraprofessional at Washington Elementary School. His last date of employment will be June 4, 2021. He will continue his Non-Classroom (Playground/Lunchroom) Paraprofessional assignment.
