2020-21 Superintendent Evaluation
Background:
Superintendent Paul Peterson was evaluated by the Mankato Area Public School Board in July.
The evaluation tool used by the MAPS School Board to evaluate Dr. Peterson was a blend of the superintendent performance assessment document and a rating scale developed by the American Association of School Administrators. The following categories were scored on a 0-4 scale by each Board member:
Board members met in a closed study session on July 7, reviewed the gathered information and discussed Dr. Peterson’s performance with him.
A summary of the performance review will be shared by the Board Chair.
