Background:
APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Tyler Anderson – Long Term Substitute Teacher for Eric Miller at Washington Elementary School beginning September 23 and ending October 23, 2015. He will be placed at step 3 of the B lane of the Teachers Association salary schedule.
The following will be teachers in the ExCel Program at Roosevelt Elementary School beginning October 19 and ending April 13, 2016 (3 days per week for 58 days). They will be compensated according to their placement on the Teachers Association salary schedule.

Katie Rux – Coordinator for the ExCel Program – She will receive $1,000 for this assignment.
APPOINTMENTS (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Tracy Crooks – NonClassroom (lunchroom) Paraprofessional at Dakota Meadows Middle School for 2.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning October 5, 2015. She will be compensated at the rate of $10.86 per hour in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employees Association.
Jessica Fleming – Cook’s Helper at Jefferson/Bridges Community School for 3.5 hours per day5 days per week beginning October 5, 2015. She will be placed on the Cook’s Helper classification, step 2 of the School Food Service Workers Association salary schedule.
Jonathan Morrow – Playground/Lunchroom Paraprofessional at Eagle Lake Elementary School for 1.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning October 9, 2015. He will be compensated at the rate of $10.86 per hour.
Kathryn Young – EL Paraprofessional at East Junior/Senior High School for 6.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning October 8, 2015. She will be compensated at the rate of $10.86 per hour in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employees Association.
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Angela Michel – Increase in Title I Paraprofessional assignment from 2.75 hours per day/4 days per week to 2.83 hours per day/4 days per week beginning October 5, 2015.
Scott Schoeneberger – Increase in assignment with the addition of .25 hours per day/5 days per week as a NonClassroom (security) Paraprofessional at Dakota Meadows Middle School beginning September 10, 2015. This is in addition to his Special Education Paraprofessional assignment for 6.75 hours per day.
The following are ECFE/SR Teaching Assistant adjusted hours for the 2015-16 school year.
REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Amber Blasl, Grade 2 Teacher at Franklin Elementary School, has requested a leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on January 18 and ending April 29, 2016.

Nancy Anderson – ECFE/SR Teaching Assistant, effective as of July 30, 2015. She will continue in her Special Education Paraprofessional assignment.
Monique Krook – Special Education Paraprofessional at Friends/Early Explorers, effective as of October 14, 2015.
Ann McCall – General Education Paraprofessional at Kennedy Elementary School, effective as of October 2, 2015.
Nanette Otto – Special Education Paraprofessional at Hoover Elementary School, effective as of October 16, 2015.
Kendall Raatz – General Education (Read 180) Paraprofessional at East Junior High School, effective as of October 14, 2015.
