Assurance of Compliance Report
Background:
Each year school districts in Minnesota must submit an Assurance of Compliance with State and Federal laws prohibiting discrimination to the Department of Education. A copy of the report is attached. The administration recommends that the School Board authorize the Superintendent to sign and submit the report on behalf of the District.
Recommended Action:
The Administration recommends approval of the Assurance of Compliance Report.
