APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Oscar Andrade Lara - Adjust lane placement on the Teacher’s salary schedule to B+15, step 1 beginning with the 2021-22 school year.

Jennifer Grosland - Adjust lane placement on the Teacher’s salary schedule to M, step 4 beginning with the 2021-22 school year. 

Jennifer E Johnson - Adjust assignment as ABE Teacher with the Adult Basic Education Program at Lincoln Community Center to 287 annual hours (0.20 FTEs) starting with the 2021-22 school year, contingent upon obtaining licensure.

Spencer Harrington - Non-Classroom (Playground) Paraprofessional at Washington Elementary School for 1.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 10, 2021. He will be placed at classification B21, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $13.73. 

Romanita Hopkins - Bus Supervisor for 5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 20, 2021. She will be compensated at the rate of $13.73 per hour.

Jessieann Johnson - Special Education Health and Wellness Paraprofessional at Futures/SUN for 7 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 20, 2021. She will be placed at classification B22.5, step 1, in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $16.95. 

LaDonna Johnson - EL Paraprofessional at East High School for 6.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 13, 2021. She will be placed at classification B21, step 2 in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $14.11.

Kayla Little - ACES Child Care Assistant at Jefferson Elementary School for 3-4 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 9, 2021, and ending June 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $11.50 per hour.

Myra Rocco - Full-time 8-Hour per day Evening Custodian at West High School
beginning September 15, 2021. She will be placed at classification A13, step 2 of the Maintenance and Custodial Workers Association salary schedule with an hourly rate of $16.15.

Elder Romero-Mujica - EL Paraprofessional at East High School for 6.5 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 8, 2021. He will be placed at classification B21, step 3 in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employee Association, with an hourly rate of $14.51. This is in addition to his District Interpreter assignment. 

Hani Nur - District Interpreter for varied hours on an on-call basis beginning September 7, 2021. She will be compensated at the rate of $21.00 per hour.

Claire Queensland - ACES Child Care Assistant at Roosevelt Elementary School for 3-4 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 8, 2021, and ending June 3, 2022. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.00 per hour.

Cheryl Herbst - Increase in assignment as Intervention Teacher at Loyola from 382 annual hours to 750 annual hours beginning September 8, 2021, for the 2021-22 school year.

Julie Hoppe - Increase assignment as Parent Educator at the Family Learning Center from 75 hours annual hours (0.05 FTEs) to 80 annual hours (0.05 FTEs) beginning with the 2021-22 school year.

ADVANCEMENT OF PROBATIONARY TEACHERS TO TENURE STATUS
The administration recommends that the School Board take formal action to advance Sarah Thursby to tenure status beginning with the 2021-22 school year.

She will be compensated according to her place on the School Food Service Workers Association salary schedule, with an hourly rate of $18.04.

Alan Benzkofer - Change in assignment from General Education (Read 180) Paraprofessional, classification B21, at Prairie Winds Middle School to Special Education Level 3, Intervention Paraprofessional (job coach), classification B21.5, at INSITE beginning September 8, 2021.
